You won't get that far if you are trying to fool yourself and others that you are passionate about the product involved. Do your homework into the company and find out their history, have there been any complaints? Are they still growing, is there a demand for the product etc...


Give you time to your team in the right way

Once you have a team under you, it's important not to become their baby sitter. Always remember that everyone is responsible for their own success at the end of the day. Sure you will be expected to help and train your team but do it wisely, the people that you should be spending the most time with personally are those who are working the hardest! For the rest of your team you should be doing trainings in a group setting, this might be by videos, webcalls, or even offline meetings.


Only do things that will grow your business and earn money

Forget constantly checking emails, Facebook, Tweeting watching the latest launch videos. try and create a time slot in your day where you will indulge in such activities. The rest of your day (however much you can devote) should be given to doing productive activities, such as marketing that will increase your lead flow/profits. You need to be disciplined with yourself and each day it might help to actually write out a list of what you want to get done that day. Keep at it and don't go to bed until you've done it!.

There will be many times that you just don't feel like working for one reason or another (happens to me often). Just do it anyway! Do you want to live your dream lifestyle or not?
